CatalogKit is operated by Trey Holdings Limited trading as CatalogKit, based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your business name and location
• Your chosen password (stored securely — we never see it in plain text)

When you use CatalogKit, we also store:

• The product photos you upload
• The product names and prices you enter
• The catalogues you build
• Your plan level (Free, Basic, or Pro)

We use your information only to:

• Create and manage your CatalogKit account
• Build your digital flipbook and PDF catalogue
• Send you service emails (e.g. password resets)
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve CatalogKit based on how it is used

We do not use your information to send marketing emails without your permission, or to show you advertisements.

Your personal information is only accessible to:

• You, when you are logged in to your account
• Authorised CatalogKit staff who need it to provide support or manage the platform

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

Your published catalogue link (e.g. catalogkit.org/c/your-catalogue) is public — anyone with the link can view it. This is intentional, so you can share it on WhatsApp.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL). Your product photos are stored in secure cloud storage.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted passwords and HTTPS connections.

We keep your account and catalogue data for as long as your account is active.

If you close your account, we will delete your personal information and product photos within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

You have the right to:

• See what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your account and all your data
• Download a copy of your catalogue data

We use a small cookie to keep you logged in to your account. This cookie is essential for the service to work and contains no personal information.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.

CatalogKit is designed for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us and we will remove the account.

If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
